I am a hands-on construction manager with 9 years of industry expertise. Proven track record of delivering high end projects (100-400 Units) from start to finish on time to program. Demonstrating strong leadership skills and guiding teams of 40+ workers has enabled me to operate in stressful environments while achieving exceptional health and safety scores, NHBC(building control) visits/ reports, customer surveys/ relationships and executing KPI's. In addition, I implement detailed programming, budgeting, logistics planning, vendor management, technical and design strategies where I use my knowledge to overcome difficulties by problem solving. I am hard working, determined and adaptable individual with driven enthusiasm. I am currently playing semi-professional football and have been for around 10 years.  Other hobbies include gym, socialising, travelling and studying. I have also previously volunteered for the homeless and like to be sponsored in sport events for charity.
