Rogan Watson

Motivated Second Year Student studying for BCS Geography degree alongside searching for part-time jobs. My ambitions position me to land in respected work industries that can improve my skills and mindset. Education has catalysed my self-management methods, coping abilities to timed pressures, with refinement to strict organisation in many environments. Equipped with a balanced skill-set by working part time for three years which has led to proficiency in alternative abilities in multitasking, alertness and selflessness that specialises for a team member to make transformational outcomes.

• Critical thinking: With work as a fabricator, minimal mistakes are needed with client jobs due to consequences of profit loss. This enabled me to adapt a calm demeanour and present logical solutions when experienced with problems.
• Adaptability: Following higher education coursework, i interviewed managers about my interest of Stakeholders satisfaction with the Healthy Living Centre in Chesterfield. This resulted in me developing interview confidence to talk with local and national businesses during events with the Chesterfield Borough Council.
• Teamwork: With higher education and university experience, I had to be a team player through assessment work and extracurricular activities by conducting research and coordinating tasks for other students through meetings.
• Work ethic: Being employed in a placement alongside education has developed a desire for challenging opportunities, due to additional research assignments. This resulted to take a tutoring role of helping Asylum Seekers and Refugees develop English skills.
