  • Produced a recruitment sourcing plan, which involved mapping the industry for direct sourcing on LinkedIn, Art Station, GitHub, etc., and advertisement across LinkedIn, job boards and the Avalanche Studios website.
  • Management of the full candidate pipeline cycle, from initial conversation through to screening interviews and technical assessments, to offer approval and delivery.
  • Conducted weekly recruitment updates with stakeholders and the wider talent org.
  • Gathered data to improve the recruitment process, highlight areas to target for DE&I and enhance candidate and Stockholder experience.
  • Identified an issue with a Technical Assessment for a Build Engineer role that was causing Avalanche to lose candidates. Worked with the Build Engineer team to develop a new test, resulting in the role being filled.
  • Achieved a 100% fill rate on jobs; no offers were rejected.
  • Filled 2 Board Critical VFX artist roles, one at a Principal level in under 4 weeks.
