In this role, I provide effective and responsive support for AV equipment loans to staff and students, ensuring alignment with departmental service level agreements (SLAs). I assist in delivering training and induction sessions to help staff and students confidently use AV equipment. Additionally, I offer technical advice and guidance on selecting, operating, and utilizing AV equipment, following the direction of the AV Services Team Leader.A key aspect of my role is managing the AV Loans service, which involves electronically tracking and recording equipment loans, conducting regular stock checks, and reconciling these with the Asset Register, escalating any discrepancies as needed. I am responsible for maintaining and repairing AV equipment and ensuring that the ITMS Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and AV Loans Database are consistently accurate and up-to-date. In addition to these technical duties, I actively contribute to creating engaging and inspirational content for social media platforms. This includes showcasing the latest technology and business activities. By sharing these stories, we aim to inspire creativity among the student community, promote awareness of the resources available, and demonstrate the practical applications of AV technology in various fields. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the University is another important aspect of my work. This ensures effective service delivery and clear communication with both internal and external audiences. I prioritize compliance with University standards for information systems, security, and technology, adhering to relevant legislation and audit requirements.I stay informed about the latest industry and technological advancements, providing management with insights on leveraging these developments to support the University’s objectives. Representing ITMS and the University in internal and external groups allows me to further our goals and align our activities with broader institutional strategies.My ultimate goal is to maintain the AV Loans department’s equipment to the highest standards, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a strong focus on enhancing the student experience. I strive to provide students with the best possible technical advice and guidance, empowering them to use AV equipment effectively and creatively.

High proficiency in using the cameras and lights equipment, understanding exposure, composition and lighting. As well as the ability to capture candid and unique images that tell the story of a queer wedding day in a creative and artistic way.Being able to adjust to different lighting conditions between the venues. Effectively communicating with clients to understand their vision, preferences and expectations as well as directing and guiding subjects during photo sessions. Being able to efficiently organise and prioritise tasks to ensure all necessary and essential shots are captured. Post-processing skill in editing and retouching photos to enhance their quality and create a modern and consistent style.

Preparing, researching and providing information about the historical Victorian building in Leicester, giving a background history of the buildings as well as anecdotes and highlights interesting facts along the way. Comparing archive photographs of the buildings with the most recent pictures and describe not only the difference of the building itself but also depict the photography techniques employed in the past and in the present. Engaging with audience to assure that guests have a memorable and enriching experience.

At Le Gemelle I have the responsibility to assist the running deli-coffee shop, use resource in a cost effective manner and always inform my manager of factors in order to priorities tasks or take responsible decision. Using IT skills to input data to ensure all the operations are running smoothly and that the company's goal are being reached. Attention to the details, be flexible and breaking down problems in situations is part of my daily routine. Excellent customer service; going above and beyond. This includes anticipating the demands of the consumer or taking action before an issue arises.
Along side the managing duties, maintain the hygiene and safety standard is an essential part of my role, keep up with the quality standards of the company and the laws.
