At Civil Stores I was a HGV Class 1 Driver (6 Wheeled Crane Lorry) delivering all over Cornwall serving customers in both the yard and on the road.

With this I ensured vehicle maintenance for safe and efficient operations and took responsibility for basic vehicle repair when necessary, minimising downtime.

With this also I was responsible for cleaning up the yard and stock taking and dealing with customer on a face to face basis.

I worked as part of a very small team for the 8 years I was employed by Civil Stores.

Worked as a Part Time Lorry Driver and 360 Swing Shovels.

Putting in Water Mains and Digging out sites for New Building Developments. Within my role I also maintained cleanliness inside lorry to provide a comfortable working environment and completed basic repairs swiftly reducing downtime caused by mechanical problems.

I also demonstrated ability to handle diverse loads including heavy, fragile, or hazardous materials safely and efficiently.
