I held the position of being a level 2 multi skilled builder (nvq level 3 qualified) for 26 years with Platform Housing Group. I am competent in all building work including plastering, ROOFING, concreting and tiling.

I am familiar with all the Platform ways of working and would slot right back into this role with minimal disruption. I am qualified with all aspects of roofing and have ladder safety training plus I understand the importance of doing things correctly whilst working at heights.

I am familiar with what roof tiles are on all of our houses and can do underfelt work as well as repointing, refining lead flashings and all gutter and down pipe work. I can also do flat roofs.
