Working for an MSP seconded to a single customer contract for a large local authority with a userbase >13000 with users both home and office based as part of the new modern workplace model, as well as various public access devices. My Job was to ensure the IT security of the entire estate was well Managed, Patched and Remediated, my time was split between BAU 3rd line support, Proactive actions and Project work for Software security assessments, Working with Checkpoint firewalls, Nessus Professional, Forcepoint Email & Web filtering and Service now CRM Feeding information in to wider teams and monitoring remediation stats as well as producing Monthly security reports to the Customer. Azure / On prem solutions, Planning and deploying through NCSC/CIS best practices.

Constantly Challenging security principles on a hardware and user level and looking at the latest of technologies and solutions to stay ahead of the curve. Some of the projects that were placed in flight under my control were a CASB (Cloud Access Security Broker), Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, Varonis Data Risk Assessment for data classification and control.
