- Lead in the day-to-day planning, scheduling and live posting of content across all the club’s social media channels.
- Working with the wider Communications team, develop and deliver high performing, high quality content for the club’s supporter base, in line with the club’s values and objectives, and brand and tone of voice.
- Plan and publish matchday content across all club social media channels and official App, travelling to first team fixtures both home and away.
- Interview the Head Coach and players both both and after matches.
- In collaboration with the club’s videographer, plan, produce and publish exclusive content for the club’s official TV channel.
- Work with the interim Head of Communications on the club’s streaming service, understanding the processes needed for matchday protocols.
- Support commercial partnership activation and marketing campaigns.
- Analyse data using social media analytic tools and reports to evaluate performance, adjusting content as required.
