676 Sqn 2IC- a Welfare Duty of Care Sqn that was set up after the Deepcut enquiry. Responsible for the administration and welfare of the Phase Two trainees at the Army Aviation Centre.
Various duties in 29 Cdo Regt RA including Provo Sgt, Officers Mess Manager, Battery Sergeant Major and RQMS (T). This included IC Security for Music of the Night, where 5,000 of the public in camp.
Deployed and supported a Sabre Sqn on exercise and operation in Desert, Jungle and Arctic environments. During this period my two year old daughter had cancer and this is where my passion for welfare support was ignited. I was incredibly well supported by the Regt and I feel passionate to support new welfare cases, as well as I was.
