In my current role I use MIG welding to assemble various products including hand rails for heavy machinery. I have had to maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

While working for this company I have gained valuable experience and knowledge in my current role, I am now seeking new opportunities that will challenge me further and support my continued professional growth.

My day to day in this role was to diagnose faults, welding, prepare vehicles for MOT, engine and transmission repairs, servicing, brake and suspension work.

I had to adapt to a new way of interacting with customers compared to my previous hospitality roles. This included explaining faults and proposing suitable repairs.

My experience as a mechanic was both fulfilling and demanding, but ultimately deepening my interest in metalwork and motivating me to transition into a welding career.

I supported mushroom pickers on elevated platforms by efficiently supplying necessary materials such as boxes and punnets.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, regularly attending to the needs of up to 8 workers simultaneously, maintaining steady workflow and organization to ensure uninterrupted picking operations.

This was a short-term, temporary role taken during the COVID-19 pandemic while furloughed from primary employment.

I prepared and baked a variety of coffee shop goods, including brownies, flapjacks, and gelato ice cream, following recipes and maintaining quality standards. Also ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area in line with food safety regulations.

I often provided additional support in one of the company’s coffee shops, assisting with customer service, operating the till, and replenishing product displays while maintaining a friendly and professional manner while interacting with customers and working as part of a team.
