I'm passionate about helping organisations adopt AI responsibly, and I've built our platform around a human-led, technology-powered approach that closes the gap between consultancies, SaaS tools, and internal teams. Over the past 22 years, I've founded and scaled several organisations from the ground up—including Streamline, CxO LAB, and Scale-up Advisors—supporting the growth of SaaS companies through fractional leadership and strategic advisory. Having spent much of my career in rapidly scaling startup environments, I'm highly comfortable navigating ambiguity, pivoting quickly when the market or strategy shifts, and rallying teams around a shared business goal. I thrive in collaborative environments and bring a steady, solutions-driven approach to fast-moving challenges. Innovation, especially within Artificial Intelligence, has always been at the heart of my work. - Co-Founder & COO of Greenwich Momentum, an AI transformation platform for Responsible and culture-driven AI implementation. We bridge the gap between consultancies, SaaS tools, boutiques, and in-house teams — delivering speed, strategy, scalability, and AI-powered expertise. A combined human-led & technology- powered approach, to drive responsible and value driven AI adoption across an organisation. By bringing leaders, teams, and technology together, AI delivers measurable, sustainable value, whilst enhancing human capabilities, providing world class AI training and demonstrating tangible results and ROI. We have also created a Board Ready AI programme for Board members and NED's, which we have partnered with Dukes Corporate Education, Northeastern University, LSE, NED's on Board and NED's in FS on delivering.
- As the COO I have been responsible from inception of the business and our product Lyra, through to GTM strategy, sales/revenue generation, partnerships, operations, raising capital and customer success.

- Our boutique advisory provides bespoke solutions; utilizing our network of fractional C-level executives for SaaS founders to rapidly accelerate their growth and reduce the start-up failure ratio. We bring Fractional C-Level Executives with a proven track record together with SaaS founders who need expertise in specific areas to deliver upon the core growth engine fuelling rapidly scaling companies.
- Worked with a variety of different organisations from rapidly scaling tech startups, PE firms and recruitment organisations. Delivering a mix of very high-end talent from, CTO, CPO and CRO through to multiple CFO's.
- Grew to £17K MRR within the first 12 months from scratch

- Working as the CEO in this fast-paced technology recruitment organisation which I grew from scratch to 4 employees. Providing both onsite/offsite recruitment models for fast growing SaaS business across Uk, Europe and the US.
- Role:
- Helping organisations scale at pace, working alongside founders/C Suite and Talent Teams to devise, plan and execute on business-critical hiring strategies across commercial, technology, product and sales functions.
- Varied organisation sizes from seed and pre-seed, right the way through to Series D funding rounds.
- I also work with various other growing clients providing traditional contingent and retained recruitment services, covering various roles including: Engineering, Product, Product, Data Analytics/Data Science, Sales, Customer Success and Onboarding – from entry level to C-suite.

- As one of the original co-founders of the business, I ensured its development from a two-man entity based through to a company with a multi-million-pound turnover.
- Business Management:
- Grew the business to a turnover of over £6.5million
- I created, developed and delivered strategy across the business focusing on growth, staff training, marketing and branding.
- I was responsible for the evaluation and adoption of key recruitment technology solutions to improve the business outcomes
- Operations:
- A further aspect of my role has been to lead as the Ops Director; ensuring all elements of day-to-day operation run smoothly, across all aspects of the business, processes, procedures, internal hiring, marketing, technology stack etc
- Managed and delivered on each of the six offices moves Streamline made (including three separate locations around north London), culminating in the St Albans office that is operating today.
- Recruiting:
- Still hands-on recruiter whilst I grew a team of nine
- My team was generating an income of £1m from a combination of some senior and mid-level consultants as well as trainees.
- I won numerous high profile clients including: PWC, Verizon, ING Direct, AT&T, Openbet & Coral Eurobet and in the last few years, exciting tech start-ups such as: Comply Advantage, Clearscore, Avado, Modular, Blacksheep Coffee, Brandbassador, Attest and FitsMe/Rakuten; working on positions predominantly varying from £50-150K and several positions up to £200K+.
- Streamline Connections is a Technology Recruitment Consultancy which provides contract and perm resources across predominantly financial, consulting and tech startup industries across the UK and Europe.

- I started out my career with Harvey Nash, joining initially as a resource, before being promoted to a consultant and then senior consultant by the time I left. At first, I worked in the Telecoms sector, focusing on perm positions within that sector across the UK. By my last year I had been moved into a more executive search-based team, focusing on higher level roles in sectors such as Legal and Telco.
01.1999 - 01.2000
- I was fortunate enough to spending 9 months travelling round the world, through South East Asia, Australia and the US. One of the highlights (of which there were many) was being in Sydney to see in the millennium New Year, followed closely by exploring the impact the war had on Vietnam.
