Enjoy social running, typically 10K. Completed the London Marathon in 2004, several Great South Runs and a number of Half Marathons.

A fair weather Golfer, looking to improve my handicap in 2025. Enjoy charity Golf events, both organising and participating in. 

Have played to a reasonably high standard of Hockey (Hampshire U21's in my youth and more recently representing Gloucestershire Over 55's)

Really enjoy my music, especially when running, and enjoy going to gigs and the Theatre.
