As a Block & Estate Manager I am responsible for the operational leadership and strategic management of a diverse residential & commercial portfolio comprising 1,600+ units across 6 blocks which. I plan, execute and oversee all aspects of property operations with a strong focus on customer service, financial control and leaseholder relationship.

  • Portfolio & Stakeholder Management:
    Lead day-to-day management of multiple residential blocks, acting as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, residents, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless property operations and high satisfaction levels.
  • Contractor & Utilities Coordination:
    Liaise with and manage relationships with contractors, utilities, suppliers and professional consultants to deliver property maintenance, refurbishment and statutory compliance services efficiently and within budget.

  • Decoration & Refurbishment Programmes:
    Led large-scale internal and external redecoration initiatives totalling over £200,000.
  • Section 20 Compliance & Consultation:
    Administer Section 20 consultative processes, ensuring legal compliance and positive engagement with leaseholders on planned major works and service contracts.
  • Legal & Compliance Administration:
    Handle all solicitor enquiries, including preparation and provision of legal packs, compliance certificates, estate documents, and other statutory records with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Risk Management & Health & Safety:
    Oversee Fire Risk Assessment reviews, coordinate remedial works in line with statutory requirements, and implement ongoing improvements to safety, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Insurance & Claims Liaison:
    Act as lead liaison with insurers for property cover, submitting cost assessments, managing claims processes, and ensuring appropriate documentation and compliance.
