  • Conducted trials in PCR lineup compounds by replacing current raw materials with sustainable alternatives, including sustainable NR, BR, SBR, recycled carbon black, rice husk silica, and rice bran oil.
  • Conducted trials for in-house mixing of functionalized SBR in alignment with R&D.
  • Supported development of alternate raw material sources (~30-35 per annum) through trial evaluations in alignment with RMCD.
  • Implemented nitrogen curing and conducted cure cycle validation.
