• Responsible for Coordination with higher management & Plan site team accordingly for site mobilization,
• Preparation of BOQ & Billing to client as per BOQ for both supply and service contracts (electrical +civil),
• Planning with site civil team for execution of civil work and providing necessary material (tools tackles and safety),
• Planning with site electrical team for execution of electrical work like erection of equipment, control panel wiring, earthing, termination and(testing and commissioning),
• Coordinate with client for testing of equipment and electrical inspector documentation work,
• Finally finishing of project by charging of substation,
• Providing as built documents to client and finalizing our project.

• Collaborated with team of more than 300 people in development of various substation projects.
• Implemented different process, streamlining work and increasing efficiency 100%
