  • My team was responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent, through a number of strategic initiatives across the EMEA region

  • Successfully built Mizuho’s talent acquisition function from the ground up

  • During my time with HSBC, I worked as a vendor manager and my responsibility was to troubleshoot within areas that had been underperforming
  • I looked after Private bank, followed by Retail Bank and Wealth Management, finishing within Digital
  • I was responsible for managing the client needs and ensuring the recruitment process was followed in line with the rest of the bank in addition to promoting direct recruitment and reducing agency spend

Recruitment Business Partner / Account Manager

  • I was responsible for the operational management of the contractor Santander account, covering all sectors of the bank, including I.T, Finance, Risk and Middle office/Operations
  • I look after the recruitment of professional contractors all across the country, including key sites in London, Milton Keynes, Manchester, Bootle and Leicester
  • Management of all contract recruitment which includes stakeholder management, third party vendor management and the use of Hays internal delivery team
  • Full PSL management - including quarterly and annual reviews combined with monthly one to one overview of performance and delivery
  • Project lead on key deliverables to Santander including: Full ownership, management, development and review of a fit for purpose rate card
  • Ongoing review with key stakeholders regarding contractor tenure - taking into account AWR related enquiries and co-employment risk issue management

  • Criticality analysis and reporting, working with key stakeholders, line management, finance business partners and third parties
  • AWR management, including rate evaluation of existing population and continual assessment for annual bonuses
