I am an experienced HR professional currently working in the People Policy team at John Lewis, with experiance of supporting a variety of change programmes from a People policy standpoint, providing policy and employment legislation knowledge to mitigate risk. I have a track record of forming and strengthening trusted relationships with business stakeholders. I can multi task and work with multiple priorities at pace delivering results within a tight timescale. Having supported on large scale change programmes from a policy perspective I have developed the ability to assess the scope and complexity of a proposed change to identify Partner impacts and define project outcomes.
