A fourth-year MEng Electrical and Mechanical Engineering student with a strong passion for sustainable energy systems and power transmission. Recently completed an individual research project investigating the technical and economic potential of Superconducting DC technology for offshore wind transmission in the North Sea, aligning closely with the UK’s net-zero goals.
Gained practical industry experience through an engineering internship at Caley Ocean Systems, contributing to offshore engineering projects involving CAD design, structural analysis, and launch and recovery systems development. Known for a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong collaborative skills. These experiences have reinforced ambition to apply engineering skillset in the energy sector and contribute to the transition to a more sustainable future.
Gained invaluable insight into offshore engineering and mechanical design through involvement in projects such as submarine Launch and Recovery System, subsea rope distribution roller, and an outdoor path-line structure for cable deployment.
