My experience working has taught me that working in a team is essential for success With not a good team understanding success will never come and this will lead to other problems occurring I know how to be flexible and understanding of other colleagues as I have learnt this is the only way to sort any issues within any team

Working in a restaurant has shown me that lack of communication could result into a lot of things going wrong It has taught me to be vocal and voice what's going on with your colleagues so everyone is on the same page

Flexibility:

As mentioned under communication, flexibility is always good and is something I have quickly learnt as I have had to be flexible in order to make the business that I had previously worked for grow Dipping into different areas in work and learning how to do different things is also essential as it shows that I am able to be diverse in my work and employers can depend on me at any time

Making decisions in the work field is really tricky, However I have learnt that I cannot make any decision in a emotional mind frame All decisions that are made in the work field have to be from a logical point of view
