I have been in the dairy industry for over 30 years and I welcome challenges and exploring new technologies. Farming is my true vocation and a lifelong career choice. I'm always looking to grow and develop new skills. I would consider myself highly motivated and hard working
I have been an invited expert voice, several times on BBC Radio 4 and BBC local radio regarding the challenges of dairy farming.
I'm also passionate about helping people better understand the true nature of dairy farming. I welcome the opportunity to impart my knowledge and experience.
I consider myself driven to achieve excellence in all aspects of farm management.
My main focus spending a year in New Zealand, was to understand the utilization of grass and understand how they produce profitable milk through grazing. My main takeaway was their focus on prevention being better than cure. I now carry this into my own practice.
Started this role at the age of 15 on my Grandfather's farm.
