My Key Involvements as HK-U2 Area LI Lead:

• Imparting technical knowledge and experiences to team members, guiding them efficiently to ensure they contribute promptly to the project.
• Supporting team members in their tasks and
  Challenges.
• Approving RFIs, FCRs, and NCRs..
• Ensuring adherence to the surveillance plan to meet
• KPI targets.
• Monitoring team performance against weekly and
  monthly KPI targets.
• Emphasizing quality and the importance of getting
  things right the first time.
• Ensuring categorizations are completed and submitted within the ONR-defined timeframe, i.e., 5 days.
• Engaging in critical discussions and attending weekly
• N1 area coordination meetings.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key
  stakeholders.

• Undertaking Surveying and Setting out duties using the TS16. This includes marking coupler bars, embedment plates, boxes, sleeves, pipes, doors, windows, pluming rebar mesh and shutters.
• Giving supervisors datums and concrete lines and setting lasers or building threads for them so they can check and adjust steel, formwork and concrete are in the right position.
• Keeping setting out weeks ahead of activities and keep on checking measurements to make sure everything is 100% correct by the manufacturing time, achieving a 'get it right first time' mentality.
• Checking drawings and 3D Trimble model to raise NCR.
• Providing with as-built surveys after pours and multiple concrete cover surveys during manufacturing before pours.
• Checking reinforcement as per design at site and carrying out inspections.
• Checking the formwork as per design and rasing TFCR if there are any changes to get it approved.
• Regularly updating I protect for the platforms raised and access like permit to access and permit to load.

• Managed one wing (18 floors) with 3 other engineers from block work till handover.
• Co-ordinating sub-contractors and material deliveries to assist the Site Manager in ensuring an efficient method of build, to the required build quality and build programme.
• Scheduling work to be carried out to ensure production targets are achieved and high quality of product is maintained.
• Ensuring working methods are performed correctly.
• Assisting with pre-completion inspections of properties with purchasers.
• Ensuring all reasonable requests from the sales team in connection with the preparation and maintenance of show homes are accommodated in a timely manner.
• Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
