Richard Neale

I am an experienced Logistics Coordinator and H&S Manager studying a degree in my spare time. I have over 7 years of experience working in the Recycling Industry managing waste contracts. In that time I inducted, trained and designed daily logistics plans for a fleet of HGV drivers and interacted with up to 100 construction sites to manage the specifications of their waste contracts and waste management programmes. Recognised on a regular basis for outstanding performance and contributions to internal H&S audits, as well as supporting management in passing ISO 9001, 14001 and FORS audits. At my most recent role at Viridor a key component of my role involved working closely with Contract Managers to arrange third-party hauliers for the transport of polymers, ferrous and non-ferrous material throughout the UK and Europe for a large number of corporate contracts. I feel this strengthens my ability to add value to managing a fleet of vehicles and the associated compliance for Veolia. This skill set is supplemented by my H&S IOSH accreditation, as well as my online Associates Degree in Food Service Management from the prestigious Auguste Escoffier.

• Achieved Emmy Certificate recognising my work on Game of Thrones by carrying out my role as Prosthetics Junior Coordinator with accuracy and efficiency.
• Awarded the Escoffier Legion of Honour three times, for achieving a grade of 95% or above for my work in terms on Food Service Management & Culinary Arts.
