• Administration and delivery of clinical supervision (individual and group) to Clinical and Operational staff groups working in HM Prison and Probation Service (Ministry of Justice)

• I provide fortnightly clinical group supervision to the Management Team and Operational Team, as well as quarterly supervision to the Admin Team and bi-annually to the whole team

• I offer regular clinical supervision to colleagues delivering group analytic and brief and long term individual psychodynamic psychotherapy

• Provision of 6 bi-monthly group supervision to support Tutor staff

• This work is commissioned by the IGA’s PPP group to develop understanding and practice around issues of racial identities and racism in respect of Group Analytic Supervision. As a group we have also convened and facilitated the National Supervisors’ Forum (2022 - 2026)

• I act as mentor/ tutor to practitioners/ students on Masterclass Clinical Supervision Training

• Prepare a minimum of two evaluative reports per student per academic year, for submission to the Courses Committee
• Take an active participatory role as a member of the Manchester Courses’ Committee

• Private practice working with male clients in a low secure psychiatric unit, presenting with complex mental health difficulties, including psychotic disorders, affective disorders and often underlying personality disorders, utilising long-term as well as brief psychological and dynamic interventions
• Additionally, facilitating nursing based Reflective Practice staff groups

• Social Therapy model for personality disordered males in high secure forensic psychiatric setting, delivering a therapeutic milieu and integrated bespoke therapeutic interventions, and utilising a shared formulation and reflective practice informed approach. Also, facilitating ward based staff reflective practice groups

• Solo private practice working with male clients in a low secure psychiatric unit, presenting with complex mental health difficulties, including psychotic disorders, affective disorders and often underlying personality disorders, utilising psychological and dynamic interventions

• Teaching of core course of Developmental Psychology to students in Nursing Dept, and Psychology modules to general psychology students
