Invicta Group - Commercial Director
Reporting directly to the Managing Director I was responsible for the commercial performance
and awareness of the company overseeing current projects and evaluating new
entrepreneurial opportunities for the company portfolio.
Strong negotiation skills and exceptional client relationships have been important in
successfully carrying out contracts from conception, through the build process and final
account stage.
Within my position I realized the growth of the company in the UK and the opening of
offices in North America and Middle East, this involved dealing with respective legal and

Working in the Specialist Interior Division I was involved in working up all quotations from the initial enquiry and estimating all Labour, Materials and Plant and overseeing the Installation from start to completion.
Working for a busy local contractor as part of a team my duties started with general construction administration and led to with training producing estimates from either through surveys, SMM7 take offs from Architectural drawings or Bills of Quantities. Works included general painting and decorating, remedial and dilapidation works and residential new builds.
