Adaptability! My professional life has seen me take on many different challenges in a wide variety of environments, the one constant is that I was able to adapt to the role each time. I excelled at working alone, within a team or leading a team, each time looking at what was required of me and using the support offered along with my own constant self reflection to improve until I met said requirements and then I'd continue to see how I could improve beyond that. I have always looked to see how else I can help; becoming a first aider in every company I've worked in and representing my store, region and zone at colleague council meetings inside Sainsbury's head office.
