- Headhunted for unique nurture teacher role post Covid to teach small groups of Secondary aged students that are working below age related expectations.
- Designed and implemented a new intervention curriculum focusing on Maths and English.
- Showing key attributes of being organised and adaptable I also taught a variety of mainstream lessons; PHSE, PE, English and Maths during this role.
- Regularly tracked and provided in-depth reports for the interventions put in place. These findings were used as a pilot scheme for other schools in the district to develop future nurture teachers.
- Test scores showed all students who went to intervention progressed in both/or Maths and English within a 6 week block.
- Test scores also showed students also all developed key life and meta-cognitive skills.
- Designed innovative teaching techniques that earned positive feedback by school management.

I have a real passion for both sports and travelling. I have been particularly involved with football all my life; captaining my sixth form academy side. I have visited 40 countries in the world including Fiji, Australia and South Korea. I have currently set myself the challenge to visit every European country with plans to go further a field after. I like to spend my free time socialising, trying new experiences, cultures and cuisines.
