  • Investigate tenancy fraud and high level ASB cases in general needs / leasehold / Care & Support homes across Midlands and East region
  • Prepare legal cases for Court (Notices, Injunctions, witness statements etc.) through liaison with internal / external Legal Services,
  • Attend Court to give evidence, and support Legal colleagues in various hearings
  • Oversee and support approximately 20 Local Housing and Housing with Support Managers through regular reviews of ASB cases.
  • Agree actions with colleagues to progress ASB cases in line with MTVH Policy and Procedures
  • Identify third party referral opportunities (e.g. mental health services, police, social services etc.)
  • Engage and support residents in maintaining their tenancies
  • Attend and chair professional meetings, and take part in problem solving panels with other organisations to support community safety
  • Attend monthly meetings to update service Directors on levels of ASB being managed by the business in my region, and highlight specific trends, resolutions etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on legislation affecting ASB case management through self-learning and attendance at workshops / training events
  • Build strong partnerships with external organisations (police, local stakeholders, statutory services, community safety teams etc.) as well as colleagues across the MTVH business in East and Midlands regions
