  • Benchmarking Manager: delivered a benchmarking scoping assignment whereby, as part of a strategic initiative, national energy organisation wanted to compare specifically defined areas with other global organisations.
  • Business Process and Performance Improvement Analyst: developed a management study to create leaner processes and a “fit for purpose” organisation structure for a public and privately funded European Science & Technology Centre.
  • Business Process Improvement Analyst: provided Business Process Re-engineering and mapping of “To Be” core processes, in liaison with subject matter experts, for a new card portfolio for a global financial services company covering 17 operating entities in Middle East and North Africa region.
  • IT Transformation PMO Analyst: supported a project turnaround initiative for a failing ERP implementation project in which key responsibilities involved development of a Project Management Office with a standardised operating framework, which was implemented into in-house project team.
