Hi, I’m

Richard Bayigamba

Croydon,UK
Richard Bayigamba

Summary

My name is Richard(17 yrs), and to me filmmaking is both a craft and a language. I'm an emerging film producer and editor driven by the rhythm of production and post-production — the moments where visuals, sound, and timing create meaning. The work includes music videos, documentaries, digital camera operation during work experience, studio filming, pixelation experiments, and photography-based visuals. Photography shapes my approach to film; through photoshoots, Photoshop editing, spray paint methods and gel printing, I've learnt how texture and colour transform a frame. I express ideas through camera work, composition, and detailed post-production. I am confident with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, and I'm currently learning After Effects to expand my visual effects and motion design skills. I'm eager to work with industry-level equipment, collaborate with other creatives, and strengthen my communication and adaptability within professional environments.
