During the last chapter of my life, I had the huge opportunity to work with a team of great skilled professionals at Oswasl'd, one of the most prestigious, exclusive, and elegant private members clubs in London and the whole world, one of the jewels of Birley's family which provides unforgettable experiences to all their members and guests on daily basis. I had a chance to work in this awesome venue along with very talented people, Annabel's it's one of the most exclusive private member clubs in the world, which offers a high level of Hospitality and Entertainment.
During my experience here I've learned how to deliver a high standard of service, with elegance and professionalism, taking care of every little detail, and meeting any possible need from our members.
The Club offers a choice of different restaurants: The Brasserie, The NIghtclub, The Elephant, The Mexican, Matteo's, Silver Room and Flower Room.
The department where I used to work it's called The Brasserie, very busy and dynamic type of service which offers a refined menu of international fusion kitchen concept, with French, Italian, Spanish and Asian influences, in order to meet the expectation of members from all over the world. I had the opportunity also to work in The Nightclub, and as well in the Silver and Flower Room these latter are private rooms to celebrate birthdays, weddings, functions, and any other private event they wish to celebrate, the service in there is more calm, this allows staff to pay more attention to the smallest details.
After a little description of the club and the areas where I've worked, my duties as a Waiter they were:
