Currently, I work in a financially regulated environment where we handle regulated complaints for customers regarding their credit or leasing agreements with Currys. Our objective is to resolve the customer's concerns whilst treating all of our customers in a fair manner. We are tasked to conduct a full investigation on the case and use critical thinking skills to decipher if the complaint will be upheld or not upheld. We are also the last point of contact the customer has before they are referred to the Financial Ombudsman Services should they remain discontent with the outcome we provide to their complaint. I am currently being trained to be promoted to our FOS Team who are responsible for communicating with the Financial Ombudsman directly when a customer has escalated their complaint to them so that we have the chance to provide them with our reasonings for the final outcome we have provided so that the FOS can make a fair judgement on the case.

Movianto is a healthcare dedicated logistics warehouse who is primarily responsible for storing and distributing the COVID-19 Vaccines for Pfizer, Moderna and Astra Zeneca as well as other NHS Hospital equipment. As a Goods In Administrator, I was responsible for ordering and controlling what stock comes into the warehouse and making sure that proper protocol is followed. As we order hundreds of thousands of vaccines at a time, we must make sure that they are unloaded from the trailers properly, securely and into the right temperature conditions as it is a very delicate operation. We must also file all of the paperwork and record it appropriately on our internal systems and ensure that all of the data is accurate.
