Ria Adams

I am motivated, adaptable and responsible person that is looking to work and interact with children. My communications skills have improved a lot in the last couple of years. I am a enthusiastic person and love new challenges and experiencing new things. At school and college I was part of the netball and volleyball teams, my main key strengths are determination, calm in a crisis, level headed, logical, friendly, cheerful, artistic and good at problem solving. I always try to learn something new from each experience I might face. I aspires to gain further training and professional development and to show people my full potential. I have empathy with people of all ages because of experiences and knowledge she has gained through her course at college training to be a teacher assistant and her pert time job as a housekeeper in an nursing home were interacting with the residents is a big part of the job. I have strong knowledge of EYFS curriculum. I am very compassionate and love working with babies and young children and getting them to learn through play to help them develop.
