- Have turnaround of NVQ candidates every 4-8 week period who are looking to become NVQ level 2 qualified in plumbing. Candidates are required to install two central heating systems, bathroom and kitchen hot and cold and two drainage and waste systems. Have to offer guidance, support, advice and encouragement to NVQ candidates when applicable.
- Work alongside qualified plumber as team to ensure NVQ candidates installations and portfolio's meets required standard.
- Have to communicate with assessor and identify strengths and weaknesses of candidates. Then this would be verbally and non-verbally communicated with them as well as written.
- Worked with various of people from different cultural backgrounds, age, gender, race and religious diversity. Always ensured work environment is respectful.
- Fix equipment on site such as testing machines and various other tools and equipment on site.
- Regular ordering of materials and equipment for sites.
