- Whilest working with children ranged from around 4 to 10 I understood how to apply my skate knowledge to their individual skill sets.
- Talking to children as individuals and treating them with respect was infinitly more rewarding for their progression and for their willingness to communicate with someone older.
- Whilest skating is more of an individual and creative sport you still have to keep a keen eye on the individual to make sure no injury's are sustained.

- At Bella Italia for a majority of the time I worked there I was openeing the kitchen, running the daytime service and closing the kitchen. Often with only one other person in the kitchen that would come in halfway through the day.
- Due to missmanagment I would be the primary reason for the kitchen being in service at all.
- Due to this experience essentially running a kitchen by myself I know i can successfully work under intense pressure and still have a decent working result.
