Civilian Instructor at 163 (Coventry Phoenix) Squadron, Royal Air Force Air Cadets; to pass on my knowledge in a range of aviation related subjects to the next generation of air cadets. This new role started when I retired after 7 years as an air cadet in 2020. Through my time as an Air Cadet, I have learnt and developed my leadership style, as well as my ability and willingness to learn. This has come in useful when asking for a shadow shift with a manager as well as wanting to learn all aspects of my department., Royal Air Forces Association member and Standard Bearer (for parades and ceremonial events), Member of Group 617 Charity
