Supporting information

I have always shown an interest in welding and fabrication, so I chose to do this for my work experience, I enjoyed this experience and I can see myself thriving in this career in the future, so an  apprenticeship with Shepley Engineers Ltd would benefit me to learn key skills and knowledge for employment.
During my work experience week, I started by designing a dice, I then advanced in this aspect by designing a fire pit, customised with print and images of my favourite football team. As the week went on, I was introduced into the workshop, in this environment I learned how to use machines, such as a laser cutter, grinding machines and a dynamic waterjet, further I practiced TIG welding, taught by professionals. On my final 2 days, I put my fire pit design into reality by, laser cutting the necessary metals to fabricate my product, further I spray painted it black, to prevent rusting.
