Expansion into SME Segment:
• Engineered a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a new subscription offering tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

Product Owner for the Machine Learning Platform product. A B2B SaaS product aiming to reduce the time associated with visual inspection of industrial assets.

Agile Delivery Manager
• Additionally, took on the role of Agile Delivery Manager within the teams, leveraging my extensive Agile experience. Introduced the SCRUM framework to enhance collaboration within our cross-functional and distributed team of developers, testers, and UX designers.

Product Manager responsible for the delivery of a product within a large Energy B2B SaaS Services Platform. Working closely in a scaled Agile environment to convert user insights into requirements and delivering these collaboratively.

• As well as core product owner responsibilities, performed the SCRUM master role within the team, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring consistent delivery from the team.

• Billing System Migration: Successfully completed a billing system migration project within a challenging 6-month timeframe using iterative deliveries.
• PAYG Business Rebranding (OVO to Boost): Orchestrated a comprehensive rebranding of the PAYG business from OVO to Boost.
• PAYG Project in Smart Metering Implementation (SMETS2): Executed the PAYG part of the SMETS2 smart metering implementation program.
• In-Housing of Gas Shipping Project: Oversaw the largest migration in the UK gas industry by successfully bringing the gas shipping from a third-party to in-house.
• SoLR Bid and Acquisition (Spark): Managed the project for Supplier of Last Resort (SoLR) bid and the acquisition of the medium-sized energy supplier, Spark.
