I currently work as a trainee dental nurse, ensuring patients have a pleasant experience by providing comforting chair-side assistance during procedures.

My daily consisted of following infection control protocols throughout all tasks, safeguarding both patients and staff members' health. This includes carrying out sterilisation of dental instruments to maintain hygiene standards each day.

Another role of mine is to write up the dental notes in detail for each patient during their appointments to ensure all information is recorded and is accurate.

My role as a nursery practitioner ensured i focussed on the growth and happiness of young children; setting up safe and exciting activities for the children to progress with their play, learning and development.

Throughout my days i would build strong connections with both the children and parents/carers, building trust and ensuring everyone was comfortable. i would also handle phone calls to parents to keep them updated on their child or any enquiries/worries they may have.

To keep track of each child's development, i used an app; logging each milestone, food eaten and daily activities. At the end of each day i provided feedback to each parent/carer.

I have administered first aid when required, ensuring prompt attention to injuries or illnesses, being aware of each child's individual needs.
