BCF/BCT initiative - Developing new BCT Tracker for every product with standard BCT/BCF with respect to BPR operation number to identify & eliminate the overshoot %
QA & QC initiative - QC initiative, SLA defined for all sample release and daily monitoring dashboards for sample inward, sample intimation, on time release of results in QC
QA Initiative, Identified KPI's for improvement with well defined SLA to reduce waiting time
Design and Drive Operational excellence reward and recognition program in line with the Operational excellence program maturity
Lean Audit, Lean tools, Skill development all these contributes in reducing the abnormalities in shop floor
Kaizen Blitz - Identifying new area for improvement, collecting data through brain storming section, identify the tangible and intangible benefits, checking the feasibility and implementation
