• Conduct final quality checks of garments using AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards, as per buyer requirements.
• Select samples randomly based on lot size and inspect for defects
• Fill out audit reports and inspection checklists with detailed observations.
• Report high defect rates or recurring issues to the quality manager or production supervisor.
• Maintain documentation of daily inspections, rejections, reworks, and final approvals.
• Support in ISO, WRAP, and compliance audits when required.
• Train junior quality checkers on updated defect standards or changes in buyer requirements.
• Attend daily QC meetings and contribute to discussions on quality enhancement.
