Rene Aisha Moses

Summary

I am a dedicated and driven professional who thrives on challenges, whether working independently or as part of a team. I am known for working at a fast pace while maintaining a strong focus on quality, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. My sociable and approachable nature allows me to work effectively with peers and lead teams with confidence.

Currently, I am a Senior Manager at a specialist SEND further education college, where I also serve as a Curriculum Lead and the region’s only female PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) Coach. I recently completed my Level 5 Diploma in Positive Behaviour Support, which I actively apply to support learners with complex needs and behaviours. I develop capable environments, personalised strategies, and lead on behaviour management across the site.

In my senior role, I’ve developed strong skills in multitasking, managing a high workload, and acting as a bridge between leadership, teaching staff, and learning support assistants. I also mentor new teachers, including those working towards their teaching qualifications, and play a key role in staff development and training.
