Whilst studying at University I started to work at the Silver Cod Public House, where I started working as Bar Staff and progressed to Assistant Manager. There has been multiple occasions where I have been solely for all managerial duties and responsibilities when the lead DPS was not on the premises. These managerial duties included opening and closing the pub on time, overseeing other staff during their shifts, and ensure the business was running smoothly, and resolving any problems should they occur. I was also responsible for the overseeing of Cellar management, stock ordering, deliveries and stock rotation, cash handling, managing end of day taking, and banking. Other duties include providing excellent communication and customer service and uphold high levels of hygiene.
