Since graduation in 2002, I always had a side job as a freelance consultant for different Contractors & Consultancy Firms in the field of Contract Management & Organization Development. Through my 20 years of experience in the Construction, I tapped on Procurement, Contract Management, SAP. Also in Construction tapped on building Residential, Commercial, Power Plants, Fertilisers Plant, High Education Institutes, CCTV & Camera Surveillance Project, Smart Homes Projects. Coming back to the UK, I would really love to join a multicultural environment where I can thrive and be an added value and learn new skills. I would rather work in a field where I feel I serve the community, the vulnerable people. I had experience promoting Learn Direct & few Charity Organisations in the years between 2005-2007 and I always worked with the council & different agencies as an interpreter for the asylum seekers & refugees. I really want to be doing a meaningful job that changes lives. At the beginning of 2020, I was nominated by the Minister of Electricity & Renewable Energy as the GM for Solar Thermal Systems and Energy Conservation Department at the New & Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) I passed all interviews, got the job & attended preparation course but because of a Covid-19 infection I was unable to join. 2021 - 2024 I was working as Senior Contracts Manager for Al-Ahly Sabbour Developments issuing and managing all Contracts of amounts exceeding 6 Billion Pounds both residential or commercial. 2017 - 2021, I was working in Talaat Mostafa Group (TMG) as a Section Head for the Foreign Contracts, managing the different forms of the English Contracts, to name but a few the World Bank, FIDIC, EPC, BOT, BOOT,,,,,ect, In 2010 – 2016, I was working in the UK for Bristol City Council on reviewing, revising, translating, proofreading different official documents. I was also working as Arabic Translator / Interpreter for Bristol City Council and few private agencies. I understand both Arabic & English to the standards of the native speakers and I can express myself in both languages. And I am CRB checked in the UK. I have BSc in Architectural Engineering with a final project of an industrial park for recycling and I have Masters of Literature in History of Art from University of Abertay, Dundee, Scotland. And I have excellent command of English both written and spoken. I’m willing to learn anything needed for the job. I have done few exams in the last year and was able to secure the CSCS white card.
