Summary

As a compassionate and dedicated Newly Qualified Registered Adult Nurse, I am committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and promoting the health, dignity and wellbeing of patients. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing from Kingston University, graduating with First-Class Honours, and have current NMC registration.

My clinical experience spans acute assessment, oncology, respiratory care, orthopaedics, rehabilitation, day surgery, dementia and community care. Through these placements, I have developed a strong foundation in patient assessment, clinical observations, recognising and escalating deterioration, medication administration, care planning and multidisciplinary collaboration. I currently work as a Healthcare Assistant within Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust, building on my previous experience supporting older adults and people living with dementia.

I take pride in building trusting and therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, offering compassionate care that respects individual needs, preferences and independence. My ability to remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively and adapt to changing clinical situations enables me to contribute positively to patient safety and teamwork.

I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in patients' lives and committed to continuous professional development. As I begin my registered nursing career, I look forward to consolidating my clinical skills through a supportive preceptorship programme, embracing new learning opportunities and contributing to safe, effective and evidence-based nursing practice.
