Expanding further into this current position, with the streamlining and growth of current employer. Promotion to warehouse manager was obtained. The use of my natural skill set and leadership, showed in the previous departments vast improvement and efficiency was a natural progression within the companies structure.


Day to tasks include the planning of two companies workload, providing efficient and proactive objectives to keep in line with customer lead times and in house targets. The managing of a Severn person team, ensuring we have enough resources in the areas required such as pallet orders, picking and packing, general warehouse/logistic task.
