Experience in retail at Go Outdoors helped me to acquire skills in customer service, learning how to ask the correct questions in order to understand the customer's needs to provide the best service possible.

Over 100 hours of work experience in various veterinary practices as well as zoos and kennels gave me a wide experience with a variety of species. This helped me become proficient at adapting my handling techniques to meet the various welfare needs of different animals.

Both these experiences refined my problem-solving skills as well as communication skills when working in a team.
