Reece Edgar

I am a year 14 student who is driven for the future. I have worked all my life on a dairy farm and I have learned to operate milk machinery independently, while also working as a team member for key parts in the farm. I am at adept at communication and manage my time effectively.

I played a key role in our award-winning Young Enterprise team, taking responsibility for the company’s social media as we built a business from the ground up. This experience developed my ability to work effectively in a business environment, think creatively, and push boundaries to achieve success. Our company ultimately won Company of the Year 2025 in the Northern Ireland finals, which highlighted the value of teamwork, innovation, and strategic thinking, qualities that are equally important in engineering projects.
