Since starting the company I have developed my ability to independently prepare my own jobs, this includes correctly measuring jobs such as kitchens, living rooms, hospitals, schools, training areas etc. Another skill I have developed is to lay/fit large pieces of material independently in a safe manner and an up to standard quality. I am fully aware of how to fit LVT and back mark in difficult areas. I know how to cap and cove rooms ready for vinyl to be taken up the walls. I have developed my confidence working on site, handling conversations with site managers and working alongside other trades, I have a good professional working relationship with the jobs and people I work with, this is a skill that allows for jobs to run smoothly and to quality standards contracts managers expect.
