I join a healthcare assistant in orthopedic ward a few years and I learnt so many things about my job role, patients, communication and procedures. The pandemic the last year gave me more experience how to deal with my job during pandemic. My reason for going a healthcare assistant was to help patients get the best care as possible. I try to see patient as a unique individual and help as much I can. I think is a great opportunity to learn and gain some more knowledge in different place. I feel like I'm ready to take more responsibility. I believe I've progressed as far as I can in my current role. I want to develop a new skill that isn't required in my current job. I strongly believe as much I learn more I will grow more as a healthcare assistant.
Responsible Care Assistant enthusiastic about supporting best practices in hospital operations, compliance and healthcare management. Demonstrated strengths in multi-area management, quality assurance and service. Resourceful professional and collaborative team player.
In all my work experience, trainings, learning from colleagues, school, NHS trainings gave me interpersonal skills, gave me how to solve problems with patient, how to plan the daily activities at work. I learnt about team work skills that you have to help and share jobs, information and help each other, built communication and confidentiality between patients, colleagues and other staff. I learnt to put a patient at the center, listening what choices he wants, what is best for the person with all respect and dignity. The main thing to be a healthcare assistant to ensure that patients are comfortable, safe and that other medical professionals receive the support they need.
