Summary

As a self-motivated and empathetic individual, I believe I offer a unique blend of qualities. Being able to work both collaboratively in a team, as well as independently, I can adapt to each work environment I am presented with. My ability to understand and connect with others stems from a deep sense of compassion and care, which is part of what drives me to always contribute positively to any team I am part of.

I am known for my reliability and hard working attitude, which allows me to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. As well as this, my capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges only strengthens my commitment to continuous personal and professional growth. I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact and am eager about the opportunity to bring my skills and enthusiasm to a dynamic team.

It has been my aspiration since a very young age to become a Police Officer, but when my dear Nan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, my personal involvement in her care inspired me to pursue a career in caregiving, as I felt that I could make a positive impact on others' lives.

I love my current role, but my passion for joining the Police has never faltered, and feel that the skills learnt, along with the life experience gained from working in a high pressured, constantly changing area of the hospital, would be very much be transferable
